I have really, really pale skin. What colors of nail polish should I use?
My feet are almost purple with paleness, so what should I use on those?Good nail polish for fair skin?
use pale colors
a shocking navy really isn't gonna help you look less paleGood nail polish for fair skin?
Unfortunately, bold colors like scarlet red or dark blue won't do it on your complexion, they'll just make you look even paler. try going for lighter colors like light blue, green, pink, mauve, etc. I don't think orange nail polish ever looks good on anyone, but experiment.
Both Sally Hansen and OPI have online tools that may be of use. I would recommend intermediate shades--taupes and mauves would provide a useful baseline palette. Sally Hansen does have what I estimate to be a satisfactory wildcard deep for darker outfits--Nail Prisms in #08 Amber Ruby Frost.
The OPI Studio has a search function for finding lacquers by tone group, and accurately displays paint as viewed on a hand of one of five skin-tone groups.
Addendum: Saritah, I was able to ID the OPI lacquer shade ';OP-I Love this Color'; as Part No. NLA-33. This may still be available--it is listed under /Classics/Classics.asp as ID# 306, but is not one of the selections for preview in /OPI/OPIStudio.aspx
no bright colors, they will make you look paler. I would reccomend a not dark, but nice soft color that will give your hands not so much a pale look but a fair look.
sincerely,
Bob
lighter colors, since dark , bold colors make your skin look even more pale!!!!!!!!!!
try a light pink. that would be cute and would make your skin look less pale
silver, pink, some reds
I'm super pale and I find that lighter colors (light pink, etc.) actually wash me out more because they blend in too much with my skin. I really love dark, slightly metallic crimson on my fingernails. Of course it makes me look pale, but it contrasts my skin in a good way. My favorite shade is by OPI and it is called ';OP-I Love This Color!';
I have yet to figure out what to do about my purple feet. I have used every nail polish shade under the sun and they all look pretty bad on my purple-y feet.
try royale blue or a plum colour maybe.use colours which are not very light.on your feet try silver, golds %26amp; coppers!
Bright red nails on pale skin is a really striking thing. It's in no way a bad thing.
i like orange nail polish! its cool! also pink is great in any case or even red! hey and french manicures look nice on anybody! just use a nail color that u like!

I keep getting these tiny blisters type things under my skin on fingers, near the nail. What are these?
whereas web forum such as this might be useful for several purposes, I think when it comes to your health, it is much beneficial to see your primary health provider(Dr).blackheads
*****What nail polish colors go well with golden skin tones?*****?
Red always looks the hottest. The colour is very striking and the eyes see red from the longest distance, so if you want to be noticed, red is the colour to go for. The guys love it too....*****What nail polish colors go well with golden skin tones?*****?

Anyone have any natural remedies to help with hair, nails & skin?
Lately my hair has gone frizzy, nails have got weak %26amp; skin has started splotching. Does anyone know of any natural ways to help fix this?
Do i need more vitamin B or zinc something like this?
Any advice is much appreciated, thankyouAnyone have any natural remedies to help with hair, nails %26amp; skin?
Well, you've got a few answers that will help a little, but mostly for the skin... there are quite a number of things that help the hair and nails as well. Some of the most popular ones are Biotin, Silica (commonly from Horsetail), Squalene, Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Fo-ti (also called He-Shou-Wu), L-Cysteine, Omega-6 fatty acids (like those in Borage or Evening Primrose Oils), Collagen, and most antioxidants. B Vitamins and Zinc can help a little, but not as much as most of these herbs (especially the Biotin and Silica).
Also, remember that these will primarily help with the new hair and nails that are growing in, not what's already there. You may want to get a moisturizing shampoo and/or a Calcium/strengthening treatment for your nails. Good luck!Anyone have any natural remedies to help with hair, nails %26amp; skin?
For skin, rubbing olive oil in is good - it has no chemicals in unlike normal body lotion or moisturiser. Generally taking vitamins will help all of this. If you go into a health food shop they will have lots of specific natural things for this, which work really well and the shop assistants will not what to recommend.
I agree with OldTimeKid2.....The herb Horsetail contains silica which strengthens connective tissue, hair and fingernails.
It sounds like you may have a nutrient deficiency. Maybe taking a B-complex
I'd also look into taking Dandelion root to help to help cleanse the liver as it appears your body may be trying to detox.
Try a product called maxi hair by country life. My hair has gotten thicker and stronger.
lots of people gave good suggestions, but this product has the b vitamins and msm, but no silica in it. It is still good.
extra biotin or msm is good, it may cause you to break out some. If you try it and it does this just drink extra water and give your body time to adjust to it.
vitamin a and e are god for hair and nails, also make sure your getting a balanced diet and not under a lot of stress, these things also cause problems with hair and nails.
Luck, E
water!
it works wonders.
i'm mean water is
the only thing that can create life.
so many people say just drink water
nd why would they say that if it wasn't true.
plus it's really cheap.
I'd get some Cod Liver Oil. My aunt used it all her life and is 89 with thick hair and NO lines under her Eyes. It comes in a pill and you need to get 1000 mg. Try it. You will see!
Take a multivitamin and eat more protein..........
I take prenatal vitamins and they are great. Take a half of one after a mean once a day.
Take evening primrose oil
red kelp helps with hair loss .... i had a lot of problems with losing hair everytime i brushed... a few weeks later this really helped..hope this is helpful in some way

I cut te top layer of my skin with nail clippers...?
It isn't that deep. Just the through the skin. Should i be worried about infection and stuff? I washed it out with soup very well.I cut te top layer of my skin with nail clippers...?
what kind of soup was it? Chicken noodle with a soda on the side would definitely clear out the germs. Tomato works well also, but can make it look like there's more blood than there really is. Just make sure it's not scalding hot.
Don't worry, you should be fine :DI cut te top layer of my skin with nail clippers...?
Just in case pour some peroxide, and a littlel neosporin three times a day. That should keep it from getting infected. Good Luck
