My best bet is to use a rug to cover it and hang a towel over the wall stain and have you sister wear long long sleeves or gloves or hide in her room hahas
if it was a accident your should not be that mad, but as for your skin soak it in water. as for the walls... idk, try letting it dry then pealing it off? idk.
soak your skin in water and when its gets soft peel it of with your nails
well for your hand i think you should try to scrubb it off. and maybe you could try rubbing alcohol
