Does anyone recommend GAIA HERBs- Skin and Nail Support vitamins?

Gaia makes products that are excellent in quality. All of the herbs in that product are liver supportive and/or full of minerals, which will help your skin and nails. Usually anything with silica (in this product from Horsetail, or Equisetum) will be beneficial to your nails, as long as the product is high quality.
