Can anyone give me a specific list of foods that help hair,skin,and nails? Also what kind of toothpaste to use?List of food for nail, hair and skin?
i have always heard that jello is good for your hair and nails. there is a specific vitamin u can take that is supposed to help with hair and nails. it is available at walmart. i think any kind of toothpaste is good. i always get crest because i think it all tastes better. i get a different kind every time.
