Ok, my nails are SUPER short and messed up from nail biting, skin is frayed from biting it off (odd habit, dont ask), and as of cracking my fingers....theyre stiff as a board, please help, i don't know how to kick these habits and they're getting worse and worse, i want to cup my hands all the time so people can't see them. Please help. =)How do you kick a bad habit of cracking fingers, nail biting, or skin chewing (Please, anything will help)?
Take to wearing gloves- %26amp; chewing gum. Once you get USED to the gum- you can take the gloves off. :)
