Vitamins: A for eye ; Skin A %26amp; D ; Nail A%26amp; d; Nail requires calcium in addition.I am a vegetarian , What are good vitamins to take for skin , nail, and eye health?
Skin- Vitamin D
Eye- Vitamin A
Nails- eat food with protein (like lentils)
I'm sure that since you're vegetarian you eat lots of veggies and are already getting these vitamins. But supplements can only help!
Vitamin C,E,A,K,B will help.
A very good nutritional suppliment for vegetarians is beef.
