if it could..i would think my nails would not be yellow(from the last nail polish color i used) after i use it.Can nail-polish remover bleach skin?
I've tried bleaching a suntan and nothing removes a suntan. Plus using it on the skin, well it isn't meant for the skin so a person could be alergic or the smell could get to you.
I know nail polish can bleach out a rug though.
