Hair only grows at a MAX of half an inch per month. All though those vitamins do make your hair, skin, and nails, stronger and healthier. Make sure they are JUST for hair skin and nails, not prenatals. With prenatals, there IS too much of a good thing since you're not providing to two, lol.
i don't really know if it makes it grow faster, but I have used them, and it definately makes it grow healthier! My hair is crazy by itself no matter what, but I can always tell a difference in my nails when i take my vitamins.
yeah %26amp; especially if they had zink , also if u eat sea food
prenatal vitamins!





im not kidding you... they supply all the necessary vitamins that you might not get - and there is enough in one pill to nourish all of you for one day! (take one a day!)





however, they dont make hair grow faster - they make it stronger and less likely to break off - allowing it to grow longer. plus it makes hair and nails shiny!
