I am a vegetarian , What are good vitamins to take for skin , nail, and eye health?

As a vegetarian I'm sure you will be getting plenty of vitamins if you are eating properly. However, if you are concerned with your vitamin intake your skin will benefit from vit D, your eyes from vit A, C, D, and all B vits. Your nails and your bones will benifit from a good supply of calcium. The best all rounder for you would be one-a-day multivitamins + calcium. These are manufactured under names such as multibionta, sanatagen and can be found in most supermarkets and health shops.I am a vegetarian , What are good vitamins to take for skin , nail, and eye health?

Skin- Vitamin D


Eye- Vitamin A


Nails- eat food with protein (like lentils)





I'm sure that since you're vegetarian you eat lots of veggies and are already getting these vitamins. But supplements can only help!
Vitamin C,E,A,K,B will help.
A very good nutritional suppliment for vegetarians is beef.
