thanks!How long till i can expect my hair,skin, %26amp; nail vitimans to show?
I have been taking them religiously since March and just last month saw the results in my nails (stronger, longer, healthier)....have not seen a dramatic change in my skin or hair.
Took 4 months of daily vitamins.
