I take Ginkyo and Sea Kelp and I've never had any problems.Can i take Ginkgo Biloba with hair, nail and skin suppliment?
I dont see why you can't take it... It has never done me any harm... but i didnt think it did much good. A good diet and good products will work wonders.....
