Wow, how do you make that much of a mess? You can use lotion and rub or scratch off what's on the skin, not sure about floor and walls though? Try to scratch it off.
gasoline, or paint thinner. Anything like that will work, of course it will take the paint off the walls, but should be ok for your floor and hands.
Scrub real good. Use baby wipes or baby oil.
