cuz am 15 and i wanted to try taking hair skin and nails vaitamins, the problem is on the box of these vaitamins it only refers to people who are 18 years of age or older....Is it safe for kids under 18years of age to take hair skin and nail vaitamins?
well try taking something that is more age friendly
like vitamin e gel capsules.
they're good for ur hair and i think skin and nails too

I know tons of underage people, including myself, who take them and it's safe. None of us are dead and we've been using them for a while. The GNC kind work great.
