What are the best hair/skin&nail vitamins?

Which ones are the best for getting healthier hair, clearer/healthier skin, and stronger nails? I know there are a lot of hair/skin%26amp;nail vitamins out there. Which are the best? I'm 17, if that makes any difference.What are the best hair/skin%26amp;nail vitamins?

One thing to remember when looking for vitamins is that just because its says just hair vitamins or skin vitamins on the bottle doesn't mean that it can't benefit both hair,skin,and nails.What really matters is that you find all the right ingredients.Make sure that you do not take any kind of vitamin on an empty stomach,more than likely you will become very nauseous,always take it with a meal.What are the best hair/skin%26amp;nail vitamins?
Vitamin B and E
take birth control pills helps clear out your skin or acne...but for the other for all hair, skin and nails, a vitamin that does all is GNC's women's hair, skin and nails formula supplement, my aunt uses this and it helped her alot, there are two of them and both work really well if you continue to use them..i recommended taking this...go to your local GNC store and have a consultant explain how it works for you and how it can help in detail..heres the website for the formula!

';Biotin is often recommended for strengthening hair and nails. Consequently, it is found in many cosmetic and health products for the hair and skin.';

Although found in food, my dermatologist recommended taking biotin also as a supplement some time ago. I've been taking it ever since. My nails are VERY strong, my skin is clear and looks younger than my years, and I have pretty decent hair. It isn't a miracle drug--but if you take care of yourself, eat right, exercise, avoid smoke/smoking, the sun, and excessive alcohol then it is a good addition . . .
water...i'm so serious
